Getting to Lake of the Ozarks
St. Louis to Lake of the Ozarks
If you're coming from St. Louis, get on the route going to I-44 to St. James, west. After which, go north on Highway 68 and carry on till you reach U.S. Highway 63, where you will ride north again to Vienna. From there, move west on Highway 42 all the way to Osage Beach.
Springfield to Lake of the Ozarks
Those coming from Springfield can take a 2.5 hour trip starting I-44, at the east of Lebanon. Go north on Highway 5 all the way to Camdenton, from which point you will proceed to the east of U.S. Highway 54. Get on the route on Highway 42, at the east of Highway 134.
Kansas to Lake of the Ozarks
Folks from Kansas can take the route on I-70, on the east of Columbia and take an exit on U.S. Highway 63. This should take you to Jefferson City where you can proceed to U.S. Highway 54, on the west of Highway 42. Go east from that point till you reach Highway 134.
Camdenton to Lake of the Ozarks
People from Camdenton going to the Lake of the Ozarks through the caverns can go east on U.S. Highway 54, all the way to Linn Creek's Route A. Take a right then turn left on McCubbins Drive.
Versailles to Lake of the Ozarks
From Versailles, you can get to the Lake of the Ozarks in 58 minutes to Camdenton by taking MO-5 S. Alternately, you can take the longer route from State Highway W and US-54 W, or the one from MO-52 E and US-54 W. Go north on S Fisher Street, and make a left on E Newton Road. Take another left turn on MO-5 S, and make a right on MO-5 BUS S. Go straight and make a right at US-54 W.
